Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ares Éclat jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Be unworn and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials

  • Show no signs of wear, alteration, resizing, damage, or misuse

  • Be accompanied by an approved Return Authorization

Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Custom or bespoke jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Resized rings

  • Special-order diamonds

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for merchandise of equal or greater value.

Any price difference will be charged accordingly.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at support@areseclat.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for securely returning your item.

For your protection, all returns must be shipped using the authorized shipping method provided by Ares Éclat.

Inspection & Verification

All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.

Ares Éclat reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Show signs of wear or damage

  • Have been altered or resized

  • Are missing original packaging or documentation

  • Do not match the item originally shipped

Refunds are issued only after the returned item successfully passes inspection.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and acceptance of the returned item.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
