Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ares Éclat jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Be unworn and in original condition

Include all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials

Show no signs of wear, alteration, resizing, damage, or misuse

Be accompanied by an approved Return Authorization
Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Many Ares Éclat pieces are crafted specifically for each order.
Eligible made-to-order items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A return processing fee equal to 10% of the purchase price (maximum $250) will be deducted from the refund to cover production, inspection, and handling costs.
Custom, engraved, resized, bespoke, or otherwise personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for merchandise of equal or greater value.
For made-to-order pieces, Ares Éclat may waive the return processing fee when the return is exchanged for another item.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at support@areseclat.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for securely returning your item.
For your protection, all returns must be shipped using the authorized shipping method provided by Ares Éclat.
Inspection & Verification
All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Ares Éclat reserves the right to refuse returns that:

Show signs of wear or damage

Have been altered, resized, or modified

Are missing original packaging, certificates, or documentation

Do not match the item originally shipped
Refunds are issued only after the returned item successfully passes inspection.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and acceptance of the returned item.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and applicable return processing fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
